GENTAŞ GENERAL METAL INDUSTRY AND TRADE COMPANY

The GENTAŞ WERZALIT factory, manufacturing under the brand Gentaş Werzalit, was founded in 1979 in Mengen township of Bolu on a 200 000 m 2 area and produces 7500 tons of end-products per year under full-capacity complying the TSE 4616 standards and therefore became a pride of the nation.

The GENTAŞ LAMINATE factory was founded in 1997 and in 1998, upon including the HPL press in production line, the factory started production of plate laminates and roll laminates. The factory has an open area of 200 000 m 2 and the production is being made in a covered area of 20 000 m 2. The annual production capacity of the factory is 14 000 000 m 2 which is supposed to meet the domestic demand as well as that of the countries surrounding Turkey .

The profile factory, GETAPROFİL, in which PVC is covered onto mdf by use of the machinery of the newest technology, known as Getaprofile in the market, was founded in 1999 in Mengen township of Bolu . This factory was later on, in 2002, moved to the site of Gentaş Bolu Industry and Trade Company. In its new building, the factory has tripled its capacity and production.

GENTAŞ BOLU LAMINATED FIBREOUS PANEL INTEGRATED INDUSTRIAL COMPANY

The factory, known as Gentaş Bolu Industry and Trade Company, was handed over from privatization in August 09, 2000 . It has an open area of 165 229 m 2, and the production was made in a covered area of 31 000 m 2. Its annual capacity is 6 000 000 m 2 and the factory includes fibrous panel workshop, profile workshop and laminate workshop.

MASSTAŞ MUDURNU ABANT BARE CHIPBOARD INDUSTRY AND TRADE COMPANY

The Masstaş Company where bare chipboard and melamine faced chipboard was produced has joined in the group in 1995. The factory was founded in Mudurnu township of Bolu . The open area of the factory is 127 000 m 2 and, in a covered area of 10 000 m 2 bare chipboard and melamine faced chipboard was produced.

GENTAŞ FURNITURE DECORATION AND METAL INDUSTRY AND TRADE COMPANY

The Gentaş Group founded GENTAŞ METAL factory in order to supply high quality, robust metal frames that are needed to be used for its productions. The factory produces the metal frames of tables, chairs, school desks at various dimensions in a covered area of 6100 m 2 in Gentaş Mengen site.

GENTAŞ CONSTRUCTION AND FURNITURE INDUSTRY AND TRADE COMPANY

GENTAŞ FURNITURE factory was founded in June 1999 in order to treat the products of werzalite and metal factory on a 6800 m 2 area. In this factory furniture such as school desks, teacher’s desk, blackboard, student’s lockers, desks and chairs of amphitheatres were produced to meet the demands of our schools under national education system.

GENTAŞ CHEMICALS INDUSTRY AND TRADE COMPANY

The factory was founded in 2000 in order to meet the demands on binding materials and glues, such as melamine phenol and formaldehyde resin, of the companies in the group and that of the other factories in the sector.

GENPAZ Company has joined in the group in 1993. The company is responsible for the distribution and marketing in Mediterranean and Anatolian regions, of the werzalite and metal products manufactured by the companies of the group.

This company is responsible for the distribution and marketing in Aegean and Marmara regions, of the werzalite and metal products manufactured by the companies of the group.
